 To begin, you will need to log into your CNB Online Banking at www.citizensnb.com from your desktop pc.


In your online banking, go to Self Service, select User Information. Under Mobile Banking Phones click Mobile Banking. Follow the instructions to enter mobile phone number, mobile carrier, accept terms and enroll.


You will receive a secure text message from Citizens National Bank from the number 49794 with activation code. Reply with the activation code to secure text message. A reply with confirmation and a link will be displayed to Mobile Banking App. If you receive this confirmation and link, your Enrollment was successful! Click on the link to open and install the Citizens National Bank Mobile Banking App, m.citizensnb.com. Log in with your User ID and Password.


If the app does not open automatically, you can go to the App store and install according to the devices listed below.

iPhone users, the App is available from the App Store – Search “citizensnb” – Look for the blue “C”, in the App Store.

Mobile Web is also available at citizensnb.com from your device browser.

iPad users, access citizensnb.com from your device browser to access website. Bookmark to ensure you visit the correct site.

Android users, go to m.citizensnb.com from your device browser to access Mobile Web. An Android App is available by clicking the “Download” link. Mobile Web & App are available to Android users. Bookmark m.citizensnb.com to ensure you visit the correct site.

Activation Code Enrollment involves your Online Banking and your mobile device. You can use this Activation Code for any of the above to register your device.

Mobile Deposit Capture offers a secure, convenient way to deposit paper checks on your mobile device without a trip to the bank. Launch the Mobile Banking App on your device, select Deposit. Capture images of the front and back of the check, select account and deposit. It’s simple, safe and secure.

Make a deposit into your account in a few simple steps right from your mobile device:

  • Key in the amount of the check
  • Select the account you want this deposit posted to
  • Click “Deposit Check” and your check will be deposited

Mobile Text Banking

When you register online for Mobile Banking, you can also register and set up your mobile device to receive secure text messages from Citizens National Bank. Save the Citizens National Bank SMS Text number in your contacts upon registration. If you want to see your balances, simply text a one letter Text Banking Command, B-for balance, and receive a secure text message containing your account balance summary information.

Login to your online banking from a desktop and select the Administration tab, from the list of options displayed, then select Mobile Banking. The page displayed will list Mobile Devices registered and the services on the Mobile Devices. Go to Text Banking: Activate and click Activate.

You will receive a secure text message from Citizens National Bank SMS #49794 with an activation code. Reply to the SMS message with correct activation code. You will receive a confirmation message Mobile Banking SMS Text Banking is ready to use.

Save this shortcode, 49794, to your Contacts for CNB Text Banking. All text message commands should be sent to and received from this number for account information.

Telephone Banking

On-Call, anytime, day or night! Call 318-746-5400, enter your access code issued at enrollment, the automated system will list access options available from the menu. When you hear the option from the menu, you will be prompted to enter your selection by keying the number and/or special character.

My mobile banking app does not work on my new phone.
Log in Online Banking, select Administration tab, Mobile Banking.  Unregister and delete phone.  Add phone as if brand new set up.  Delete app from your mobile phone.  Follow the instructions online to set back up your mobile banking.
