Jason’s banking career began in 1990 with Red River Valley Bank. While with Red River he served as a collector, special assets manager and Branch manager. He accepted the position of Assistant Vice President and joined Citizens National Bank in 1994. While at Citizens National Bank, Jason has risen from Assistant Vice President to Executive Vice President and Business Banking Manager and Chairman of the Bank’s Strategic Planning Committee. During his Citizens’ career, Jason has worked as a loan officer and also served as Senior Loan Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and Risk Management Officer. Jason has served on many committees throughout the state and continues to do so. As a former President of the Louisiana Banker’s Education Council, Jason now serves on the Governmental Relations Committee for the Louisiana Banker’s Association and the Bossier Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for 2013. Jason is a 1986 graduate of Airline High School and now serves as a Founding Member and current President of the Airline Alumni and Friends Foundation. After high school, Jason pursued his higher education at Louisiana Tech University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1990, followed by his Master of Business Administration in 1995. After passing the Certified Public Accountants exam in 1999, Jason went on to complete the Graduate School of Commercial Lending at the University of Oklahoma and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Jim has had a distinguished 34 year career in banking, all of which have been in only two banks. Jim’s banking career began in 1977 at Bossier Bank and Trust in Bossier City, LA. After 7 years with Bossier Bank and Trust, Jim moved over to become one of the original Citizens National Bank employees when the bank’s doors opened in 1985. During his tenure Jim has climbed through the ranks to join the Executive Management Committee where he serves in full capacity as the Chief Operating Officer.
Jim is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Lyle began his banking career in 1982 as a Credit Analyst and Management Trainee with the First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans. After completion of the training program, Lyle began a career in Community Banking in St. Tammany Parish and spent twelve years with First Bank of St. Tammany and again with First NBC, which acquired First Bank. He rose from a small business and consumer lender to Senior Vice President and Director of Credit Administration at First Bank while managing a Private Banking group at First NBC.
When First NBC was acquired, Lyle joined Hibernia Bank where he resumed his credit career as a Small Business Credit Officer and later as a Senior Credit Officer. Lyle joined Citizens National Bank in June of 2013 as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He continues in that capacity today.
Lyle is a 1976 graduate of Jesuit High School in New Orleans and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans. As a senior at U.N.O. Lyle served as President of the Student Government Association and also on the Athletics Committee and the University Senate. Lyle is Credit Risk Certified by the Risk Management Association.
Lyle is honored to currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Education.
For 37 years Tommy has enjoyed an exciting career with various banks in northwest Louisiana. On two separate occasions Tommy has served as the President of local banks in Plain Dealing, LA and Springhill, LA. During his banking career Tommy served as a former member of the Louisiana Banker’s Association Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Louisiana Bankers’ Association PAC Board as the northwest Louisiana representative. Along with his banking positions Tommy has served as a former Chairman of the Greater Bossier Economic Development Foundation as well as the past President of both the Bossier Chamber of Commerce and the Springhill/North Webster Chamber of Commerce.
Tommy pursued and received his Bachelors degree from Louisiana Tech University where he graduated cum laude in 1975. Tommy completed the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University and the Mid-South Graduate School of Banking in Memphis, TN.
During his 27 year career Mark has spent 8 with Citizens National Bank and 19 at another large national bank. The majority of Mark’s time in banking has been in the credit administration department.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University, as well as two Masters degrees. He graduated with his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and his Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark is also a graduate of the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Charles received his B.S. degree in business administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 1978 and began his banking career with Commercial National Bank in the branch system loan department soon after. Coleman has been involved in business banking since 1994 serving as a Vice President and commercial loan officer for Hibernia, Regions and Ouachita banks in North Louisiana.
Currently Charles is Treasurer of the Red River Valley Association and Vice-Chair/Board Member of Goodwill of North Louisiana. He also is a member and past President of the Rotary Club of South Shreveport.
Chris’ career in the financial service sector began in 1993. Before joining with Citizens National Bank in 2009, Chris most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer with Citizens Bank and Trust Company of Vivian, LA. During his banking career, Chris has risen through the ranks as he served in each department. Also during his career, he has completed various Audit, Banking, and Supervisory Schools. He has also served in officer roles for various Non-profit organizations.
Chris attended Centenary College of Louisiana where he double majored and received his Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Business Administration. Chris received his M.B.A. from LSUS in the spring of 2017.
Donnie Faith began his public safety career in the mid 1980’s as a member of the Bossier City Fire Department serving the last 5 years as Bossier City’s Fire Chief. After his retirement from public service in 2012 he joined Citizens National Bank, first as an IT consultant and then as the bank’s Information Systems Officer. In 2016, Faith was promoted to Chief Technology Officer and now has earned the promotion to Senior Vice President. He has received training in many IT disciplines including cyber security and IT risk management. Faith holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and is a Certified Disaster Recovery Professional.
