What is CNB doing to protect customers' accounts?
Our first priority is the security of our debit card customers. As such, we take any and all potential security compromises very seriously. As a result, CNB has made the proactive decision to provide all potentially affected cardholders with new debit cards and card numbers.
We are currently receiving lists of potentially compromised accounts from MasterCard. All affected customers will be notified by letter as we order card replacements.
